Offered print copy of the magazine through 2024 and found out it is out of print as of this April. Shoddy business practice.

Magazine being cancelled after I paid for an additional two years. Faulty advertising. Customer service tried to push People Magazine off on me. Told me issue was being transferred to team review when I requested refund.

User's recommendation: Stay away from this product. Faulty and deceptive advertising. Was told I would get People Magazine instrad. Customer service.

Missing issues

Entertainment Weekly - Missing issues
I never got my last two issues of entertainment weekly. I was upset when u cancel the weekly issues but I still got my magazine. Now u go digital without telling us and u fail to deliver my last two print issues the bridgerton and the obi won. I want my magazines I paid for them and I already getting screwed over by ew. I am supposed to get people for Free which also has yet to be received.

Digital issues not available

It was explained to me that not only was the print version of the magazine ending, but the digital version had already ended. I had paid for a subscription through next year and had to ask for a refund. Their plan was to transfer my remaining subscription to People, which I wouldnt even use as toilet paper. I am so disappointed. Ive been a subscriber since issue # 1.

Cancel subscription and do not direct me to Just Answer, as they are a scam.

Please cancel my subscription. I dont want the magazine. I never renewed. Is this 100 symbols? This is ridiculous.

User's recommendation: Avoid. You can’t get rid of them. They won’t answer the phone and try to get you to subscribe to Just Answer.

Wrong address

Address incorrect. Never received magazine but did receive bill. Need to talk to a real person. I am his mother I pay the bill. I should not have to pay first bill since no delivery

To cancel this prescription because I never ordered

People magazine and order organizations has started spending me magazines to my house and my grandparents house. I never order any magazines and I'd called more then once to have these magazines stopped because I've never been interested in such cases.

Unwanted subscription i didnt sign uo for

A complete and utter waste of my time. I got signed up without my permission and called to get it canceled and I was told even though it's your magazine that you own you can't cancel my subscription why bother even having a customer service line?

Subscription issue

I called them to let them know that the 3-month free trial that I cashed in points for on my Fetch app never were sent to me. They graciously offered to send me a another 3-month trial subscription with no questions asked. Customer service was very quick to resolve my problem and very professional. They will definitely earn my business after I receive a copy of the magazine to ensure that it is a magazine that I would be interested in subscribing to. Thanks Entertainment Weekly for prompt, fast service to this potential customer"s concerns. Excellent Customer Service!If you have any problems simply call them and their professional staff will gladly resolve any issues they have with you.
